Residency Application Process

Learn about applying for Blount Memorial's PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program.

The information below is required prior to an on-site interview in January or February of each year. Applications are due yearly by Jan. 5.

Required Information

Beginning in the fall of 2012, we will participate in a web-based application system, PhORCAS (Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service). The following information will be required for the application process.

• Anticipated completion of Pharm.D. degree with eligibility for Tennessee license
• Academic transcript from an accredited pharmacy school
• Curriculum vitae
• Cover letter
• Three letters of recommendation
