
Certified athletic trainer Peggy Bratt from Total Rehabilitation at Prisma Health Blount Memorial Hospital recently was inducted into the Southeast Athletic Trainers' Association (SEATA) Hall of Fame.
The SEATA Hall of Fame was established in 2007 to recognize the very best of the athletic training profession in SEATA and is the highest honor which may be bestowed upon a SEATA member. Individuals inducted into the SEATA Hall of Fame exemplify the mission statement of SEATA by enhancing the quality of health care provided by athletic trainers and advance the athletic training profession with their leadership and professionalism.
Following her induction, Bratt also earned recognition from the Tennessee State Legislature in the form of a proclamation in honor of her service. She joined Blount Memorial Hospital in 2009 and currently serves as both head athletic trainer for Alcoa High School and as an assistant athletic trainer at Maryville College.
